Hunan Veterinary Pharmaceutical Factory was restructured and renamed Hunan Huarui Animal Pharmaceutical. Mr. Shen joined Huarui in 2009 and became General Manager within 8 months — transforming Huarui into a leader in Hunan’s livestock medicine sector in just one year.

A leap from county to provincial scale — we took over the production lines and sales operations of the original Hunan Taigu Bio-Veterinary.

Resource consolidation: we acquired the former Taigu Bio Industrial Park, founded Hunan Shangcheng Biotechnology, and invested tens of millions of yuan to build a brand-new GMP production line.

16 high-standard GMP production lines completed and certified, putting us in the top tier of pet medicine manufacturers in China. Four R&D centers established nationwide.
